I manage the day-to-day social presence for Wok N' Roll, a Boise restaurant and food truck brand, across a mix of food content, event promotion, and staff/culture-driven video. On average about 15K views months. With top-performing posts reaching 14.2K and 20.8K views.
I also manage internal workflow projects to increase staff and operation effecientcy. For example, integrating Square applications and catering client information.
Telaya Wine Co.
Managed end-to-end social strategy and content execution for Telaya Wine Co. across Facebook and Instagram, driving consistent community growth and engagement through a structured content mix of posts, Reels, and Stories. In the last quarter: Grew combined following to 17K views across platforms, with over 369K total views in the quarter. Developed an influencer partnership with two local creators, generating 49K views and 1,371+ likes across two Reels.
